Format and schedule

The pranayama course is held online.
You can join from anywhere in the world.
Course dates: from 18 october 2025 to 24 may 2026.
Sessions are held one weekend each month: saturday and sunday.
Class time: 09:00–17:30.
Total course duration: 250 academic hours (lectures and practice).
Access to recordings is available throughout the course and for 3 months after completion.
